Supervisory Program Manager

**Duties**:
- You will support NSMA with cross functional and cross Domain Support Group wartime acquisition sustainment planning and supply chain management projects.
- Coordinate directly with the Program Integration leadership, stakeholders, and resource sponsor to develop, establish, and sustain a Wartime Acquisition Resource Planning and Industry/Supply Chain Management program within NSMA.
- Provide cradle to grave support including, project scope, development of plan of actions with milestones, coordination with stakeholders, development of final and interim reports and briefings, educational briefings, and decision memorandums.
- Develop and sustain NSMAs industry and supply chain management program to review industry partners health, suppliers health, and provide insight into potential issues and opportunities that may affect NSMAs critical programs.
- You will oversee the planning, direction and timely execution of program resource management, operations and programs enhancing the goals and objectives of the organization.

**Qualifications**:
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- 1) Overseeing the planning, direction and timely execution of program resource management, operations and programs enhancing the goals and objectives of an organization.
- 2) Utilizing critical thinking and implementing innovative changes.
- 3) Managing a complex and multifaceted program.
- 4) Implementing process improvement and change management techniques within assigned projects.
- 5) Maintaining awareness of supply chain management potential issues and impacts.
- 6) Understanding national security strategy including military operational plans and/or military exercises and/or military games.**Education**:
