**POSITION OBJECTIVE**: The CPD Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with general inquiries, fulfilling orders and document requests as well as processing credits and returns.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:
2. Build customer relationships to become a trusted, valuable and reliable resource for new and current accounts.

3. Meet or exceed number of daily customer tickets sent in via Zendesk or Hubspot. 24-48 Hour response time is required.

5. Educate, cross-sell and upsell customers on current and new products.

6. Assist customers with use of CPD website(s).

7. Support and follow all Company Policies and Procedures.

8. Provide assistance to the receptionist desk.

9. Participate in periodic company-offered training programs as required.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

1. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Must have good communications skills in English and be able to read and write English.

3. Must be a team player, but also be able to work independently.

4. Must demonstrate good math skills.

5. Previous experience in a telemarketing or sales role.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
