**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for a Road Supervisor for our MV Paratransit program. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing, developing and enhancing the safety and performance of our MV transportation drivers.

The Road Supervisor will collaborate with upper management, administrative personnel, and drivers to provide exceptional customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Directly manage the performance of MV drivers during daily transportation operations.
- Implement and adhere to operation policies and strategic plans to achieve performance goals.
- Update drivers about rules, regulations, laws, procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Oversee activities directly related to our transportation service.
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are well maintained, meeting federal, state, county and company standards.
- Manage all drivers, including addressing concerns, counseling, and disciplining.
- Participate in meetings, training, and workshops to gather and convey information for efficient job performance.
- Assist with transportation needs when required, ensuring seamless service delivery during peak times or unusual circumstances.
