- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and physical development
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs and interests
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning
- Manage classroom activities and promote positive behavior management techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a preschool setting or similar childcare environment
- Knowledge of progressive educational philosophies is a plus
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
