Kaylee's Garden is looking for strong, experienced, and POSITIVE Teachers as we continue to grow We are in need of both full-time and part-time Lead and Float positions for our Infant-Toddlers, 2's, and our preschool.

Kaylee’s Garden believes children learn best through loving relationships, play, and imagination. Our center places a strong emphasis on social/emotional development and utilizes the Pyramid Model framework to guide teaching and interactions. We are a Pyramid Model Implementation site through the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health. We are also a 5-Star Accredited Program through the City of Madison Child Care Accreditation.

Our center is play-based and nature-based, and we pull from the philosophies of The Curiosity Approach and Reggio Emilia.

Teacher responsibilities include learning plans, observations, assessments, and building relationships with the children and their families.

Applicants MUST be available Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 5:30pm. Typical schedule will consist of 4x10 hour days.

Preference to candidates with an Associate Degree or higher in ECE or related field. Completion of Pyramid Model Training a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon high quality experience and education
