Position Summary

The Toddler Teacher helps implement activities that model and promote the Big Oak's mission, vision, and values, and that meet accreditation criteria for children aged 6 months to 2 years old. This is a lead teacher position but co-teaches with two other lead teachers.

Duties

  • Understand and adhere to state licensing and city accreditation requirements
  • Support teachers in implementing the classroom's curriculum
  • Assist with children's routines, classroom cleaning tasks, and other duties as assigned


Requirements

Credentials, Associates, or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Individuals without these qualifications may be able to start and work towards the requirements for the Co-Lead teacher position.
