**Duties**:

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to track stock levels
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including freight arrangements
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems for inventory management and order processing
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse layout and workflow
- Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure timely order processing
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and demand planning
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Knowledge of NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations is a plus
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and inventory control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- Speaking Chinese Mandarin is a big plus
