**About the position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule in-home appointments with customers
- Order flooring product from vendor/release window coverings quotes to invoices
- Check delivery status of orders
- Schedule product installations based on client preferences and installer availability
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide relevant information about the installation process
- Prepare & sort mail; prepare and send out customer thank you packets
- Coordinate with and transfer appropriate information to accountant/bookkeeper
- Add updates/news to social media accounts
- Maintain /update insurance policies for subcontractors
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- General cleanliness, upkeep of office space, 800 sq ft.

Baseline Qualifications:

- Proven experience, mínimally, 5-7 years as an Office manager, office/ business coordinator or Administrative assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in customer service or phone answering role
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- High School Graduate

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus
- 10+ years Work Experience in professional office setting

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $55,859.00 - $60,616.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
