**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Review invoices for accuracy and timely process payments

- Review and process weekly payroll
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Assist with other bookkeeping and accounting related tasks
- **Executive Assistant**:

- Utilize strong problem solving skills to assist executive with day to day challenges
