**Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking orders and packing items securely.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move and store materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Forklift certified and proficient in pallet jack operation.
- Capable of lifting at least 55 pounds and comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
- Able to work in cold environments, including a walk-in freezer.
- Meticulous in handling shipments and ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with team members and external partners.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions.
- Flexible in adjusting to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
