**Description**: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for an Intellectual Property Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- USPTO registration required.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or other life science related area required
- Advanced degree (MS and/or PhD) preferred

**Work Environment and Physical Demands**:

- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
