Marketing and Communications Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate sales, social media marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools, and other initiatives.
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
- Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
- Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
- Develop, manage, and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan across all communication media to reach target audiences.
- Evaluate the success of communication strategies, provide implement recommendations for improvement.
- Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for all communication streams.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years experience
- Ability to travel for meetings and conferences
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
