**Role Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute strategies that help expand into new markets and drive opportunity through revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative sales marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with client objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the sales performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Cultivate relationships with key sales stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for sales detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and face-to-face sales environment.

- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving sales performance.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week

**Benefits**:

Compensation package:

- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Travel requirement:

- Up to 25% travel
