**Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Initiate direct communication with customers to promote client products and services and drive the sales process forward.
- Meet with potential clients in person to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale with clients directly to ensure we are exceeding their needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the industry and client capabilities to deliver comprehensive customer service through training classes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with new customers post-sales to ensure smooth activation of client services.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems daily
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new or existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with upper management and fellow Sales Representatives to streamline office operations and foster continuous improvement.

**Qualifications We Look For In A Sales Representative**:

- High school diploma
- Demonstrated success in sales, client relations, client-facing, communications, or customer service if preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Proven reliability in time management and task completion

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Riverside, CA (preferred)
