**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process unique purchase orders for national accounts / large program businesses in an expeditious manner, including working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Acknowledge and address all customer inquiries in a timely manner; address any issues that may occur and escalate to management for their engagement and support.
- All communication to customers must be complete with accurate information and presented professionally, must demonstrate an “above and beyond effort and attitude” in order to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Add value to the business by providing outstanding customer service, engage customers, understand purchasing trends, and build relationships with buyers by accounts.

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or related business experience within a national business environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, time-sensitive, high-volume and changing environment. Must also have the ability to work closely with other team members.
- Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, follow up and time management skills
- Strong computer proficiency, Outlook with high level Excel skills. Previous experience with **SAP Business One** highly recommended.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

**The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters.**
