**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to work on-site in Ventura initially, then remote.
- Ability to prepare reports for the above.
- Demonstrate ability to work with mínimal direction and with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Exercise good judgment in managing and reporting information, and in communicating effectively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven trial experience (5+ years of experience).
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Temp Rate**: $40/hr
