Lead Waxing Specialist/cerologist

We are seeking a Lead Waxing Specialist/Cerologist who pride themselves on building strong client relationships through excellent service and expert skills. If you’re looking to learn and grow in your career and have a passion for the industry, we want to hear from you.

If so, Waxing the City may be a good fit for you At Waxing the City our clients are the focus and our Lead Waxing Specialist/Cerologist are the ultimate professionals at their craft.
- Implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Goal is to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment.
- Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
- Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Required**: Current Delaware Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
- **Required**: Minimum of 6 months waxing experience
- **Preferred**: Zenoti POS
- A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Time Management Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team.

- Self-Motivated
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- Hourly rate + commission on services + commission on product sales + tips

Job Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
