**Responsibilities**:

- Facilities Support (including but no limited to)
- Change filters, lighting, ceiling tiles
- Light plumbing
- Clear parking lots of hazardous debris (nails, screws, broken pallets, etc.)
- Deliver water to various departments
- Assist on-site vendors
- Drive fence lines for security
- Runner/Porter Tasks (including but no limited to)
- Run errands for owners
- Pick up supplies
- Deliveries for corporate events
- Check PO Box
- Runs/deliveries for administrative departments
- Maintain company pool car fleet
- General maintenance
- Cleanliness
- Fuel levels

**Requirements**:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience operating a forklift
- Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused work environment

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Utilize hand tools
- Climb ladders
