Overview:
Come join our Team SI Communities is looking for a Porter in Southwest Houston. The Porter ensures proper cleanliness and curb appeal of the community's exterior appearance. Porters are also expected to assist with other maintenance items as directed by the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

The Community:
The maintenance staff work two properties that are down the street from each other

  • Las Villas del Parque, located at: 5555 Gasmer Dr. Houston, TX 77035
  • Ranchwood, located at: 5251 Gasmer Dr. Houston, TX 77035


The Company:
SI Communities, LLC currently owns and operates 12 communities in the Greater Houston area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Ideal Candidate:
  • Keep community grounds clean to company standards
  • Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis
  • Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
  • Water the landscaping and greenery
  • Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed
  • Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests
  • Must provide own tools where applicable
  • Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficiency proficiency to maintain a safe environment at all times.
  • Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
