Watson Association Management is looking for an Administrative member to join our team at one of our on-site Associations, however, this role could also be requested to transition or assist with the main office in Port St. Lucie in the future.
Duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times;
- Managing and organizing calendars for HOA association meetings
- Coordinating and scheduling conference calls, Teams Meetings, and other meetings for the association as needed;
- Managing and organizing both electronic and physical filing systems;
- Creating and editing documents, presentation and spreadsheets;
- Maintaining and updating Contact database;
- Ordering office supplies and managing office equipment in the HOA office;
- Assisting with special projects and other administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- Prior office experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Vantaca or other HOA/COA data base experience preferred
- Prior data entry and software experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team Player
- Ability to work on site Monday through Friday

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
