**Responsibilities Include**
- Answering of phones, directing calls and answering questions related to standard Tri-North policies and procedures
- Stocking and cleaning coffee stations daily and overseeing maintenance of machines
- Tracking, organizing, and ordering supplies for the office: maintain adequate supply in all high use areas
- Setting up conference rooms for meetings, including, if requested, catering in lunches and arranging special technology needs
- Overseeing events in our Training Room by putting out signage, corresponding with event leaders, and preparing room beforehand
- Opening, organizing and distributing all incoming packages and mail
- Morning pick up of mail at our local post office and weekly visits to our shop for pick up/drop off
- Packaging and shipping of all UPS and FedEx packages and/or plans
- Receive all building maintenance requests and forwarding on as necessary
- Responsible for raising and lowering flags as required by both State and Federal notifications
