**Position Overview: Construction Manager**
**Must be Bilingual - Spanish and English**

**With 1-4 years of residential construction experience is a plus but not required**

**With knowledge/experience with Ground Up Multi Family Apartments Projects is a plus but not required**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Foster open communication with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Transportation**:Must have a reliable car available.**:

- **Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)**:

- Employment Type: Full-time W2.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (LA time).
- **Driver's License Required**
