**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends

**Responsibilities**:
**The **Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages.**
- ** Shipping and Receiving Services** - Receive and send overnight packages
- ** Customer Service** - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- ** Mail Operations** - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs

Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License required
- Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs
