**ACCOUNTABILITY**:
Responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and commenting on MEP drawings and specifications, and architectural, structural, civil, and other consultant documents for coordination of MEP systems design

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review drawings and specifications in a timely manner
- Ensure documents are accurate, constructible, and biddable
- Ensure project documents meet all building and energy code requirements
- Ensure project documents meet all firm design and BIM standards
- Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure a quality product
- Continue learning process by attending seminars and continuing education opportunities

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering with 4 years of related work experience
- Technical/Associate Degree with 8 years of related work experience
- High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of related work experience
- Industry experience may include summer internships or similar experience with another construction MEP engineering firm._

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Industry knowledge in building construction and design is recommended
- Revit and AutoCAD drafting experience and knowledge on reading construction drawings
- Knowledge of computer for design and BIM drafting
- Must have an understanding of MEP and Technology Systems
- Must be able to read civil, architectural, and structural plans
- Excellent research and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Bluebeam Revu software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain flexibility with workload and project schedules
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
