**Position Purpose**:
As the Brand Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in building our fast-growing company’s future. Your AOR will be to manage the development, implementation, and oversight of Marketing and PR strategies including product, campaigns, field marketing, programming, etc.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Oversee execution of all marketing initiatives, projects and collateral production to verify that sales and marketing objectives are achieved and that revenue opportunities are maximized.
- Serve as the platform’s brand guardian / liaison, verifying all marketing reflects brand voice. Lead the strategic pull-through of continent and brand promotions and campaigns.
- Manage internal and external partners to verify deliverables are executed to support venue strategy.
- Own the direct asset development (e.g. photoshoots) to verify up to date content for Marketing team to pull through to various sites and channels.
- Provide thought leadership to inspire greatness, divergent thinking, and ongoing inspiration for business building product and marketing ideas
- Work alongside Director of Digital Marketing & Creative Director
- Completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership.

**Requirements & Minimum Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing. Experience in “eatertainment” a plus
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing plans from conception to implementation to producing strong results vs. KPIs
- Ability to lead within a fast-paced environment and deliver amidst demanding timelines
- Ability to develop highly engaging campaigns that align with business objectives
- Highly analytically independent.
- Great storyteller
- Experienced people manager with a track record of leading high performing and happy marketing teams
- Proven track record of budget management
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
