Accounts Payable Supervisor

UCLA Facilities Management (FM) is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the accounts payable unit of the Finance, Space & Logistics department. Accounts Payable is valued part of FM's varied service to the campus which includes maintenance and repair, custodial services, grounds and landscape maintenance, minor construction and alterations, energy management, utilities services, warehouse and materials management, sustainability services, and financial, space inventory and procurement support. **Qualifications**
- 1. Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and team building skills. (required)
- 2. In-depth knowledge of the University Accounting System. (preferred)
- 3. In-depth knowledge of the Maximo Facilities Management System. (preferred)
- 4. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and systems. (required)
- 5. In-depth knowledge of the procure-to-pay system. (preferred)
- 6. Demonstrated experience preparing Check Requests. (preferred)
- 8. Skill in reading documents in standard English text. Ability to communicate with subordinates, coworkers, suppliers, and customers. (required)
- 9. Ability to operate 10 key adding machine by touch. Ability to maintain and establish alpha/numeric filing system. (required)
- 10. Ability to work as part of a team and make contributions and ability to lead a team. (required)
- 11. Working knowledge of contracts (CWOC, PSA, Executive Agreements, standard Contracts). (required)
- 12. Demonstrated experience in organizing and defining tasks, setting priorities, working independently, and following through on assignments on a timely basis. Ability to handle confidential material with discretion. Ability to work with detail accurately. Willingness and ability to work flexible (required)
**Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations**
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training (preferred)
