- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- **Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings**:

- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Operate phone systems, answer and direct calls appropriately

Qualifications:

- Experience is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively**:

- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette**
**- Monday to Friday ( Start can be between **_**8:00 am and 8:30**_ **am to 4:30 pm.**

Pay: $19.48 - $22.77 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
