Who We Are:

As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping institutional investors, home buyers, and real estate professionals access comprehensive inspection reports quickly and seamlessly.

What You'll Do:
As a home inspector on our platform, you'll conduct on-site inspections, capturing property details and identifying potential hazards or concerns. Using our user-friendly Inspectify app, you'll follow a simple checklist, take photos, and record essential information.

The Task:
You'll be tasked with filling out a custom scope template, and capturing property photos and deficiencies. We direct deposit you the following day for any inspections completed on our platform, and there is no cost to join.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a licensed home inspector
- Must be the business owner of your own inspection company or perform inspections as a sole proprietor. Inspectify partners with home inspectors on a 1099 basis.
- Own a car, truck, or van
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have access to a smartphone
