The Project Coordinator and Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining multi-tiered project plans for large multi-disciplinary projects.

They will be required to merge project schedules from multiple subcontractors into a comprehensive overall project plan and must be proficient with both Primavera P6 and MS Project Scheduler. They will be required to support Project Managers and Project Teams with all necessary tasks related to the Delivery of Design and Build projects and deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing extensive baseline and monthly progress schedules for multi-disciplinary projects with significant system design and civil construction phases. Earned value management, budget review/cost analysis, and change of scope impact analysis.
- Creating supporting documentation and reporting on project schedules by extracting data from Primavera and MS Project and generating narratives based on changes to the schedule.
- Tracking progress of projects per defined KPI’s for multiple, active projects through weekly/periodic status meetings and updating schedules accordingly. Conducting analyses to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
- Supporting project management teams in maintaining timely and effective change management processes.
- Identifying and reporting project risks to the management team and coordinating with internal and external team members to assess impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Working with project team members to gather and incorporate inputs for resource loading individual scheduling activities by staff member across multiple projects.
- Monitoring resource allocation in the overall project plan and identifying areas where resource constraints may impact schedule dates.
- Developing and maintaining project schedule templates and guidelines for standardized project controls. Supporting Project Managers and Project Teams in project delivery, progress reporting, Risk and Opportunity Management, customer meetings and data analysis

**What are we looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience with project scheduling and working with Project Managers.
- Working expertise with both Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Relevant experience with commercial construction and the consolidation of complex cross-functional schedules.
- Ability to provide project scheduling support for proposals.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions. Experience tracking adherence to contracts.
- Understanding of progress based reporting.
- Experience tracking and calculating schedule performance index, cost performance index, etc.
- Knowledge of PMI Methodology, WBS development, EPS development; and CPM scheduling and project resource utilization.
- Ability to work with large project teams and collaborate in successfully meeting the project goals.
