**Job Overview**:
As a Registered Nurse - Home Health with Blissful Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role is not just a job; it's a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized care plans for each patient
- Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and disease management
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease management strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Coordinate with durable medical equipment (DME) providers to ensure patients have necessary supplies
**Skills Required**:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MA
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home health
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in medication administration and wound care
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans
- Knowledge of critical care practices and procedures
- Familiarity with Home Health regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
