**Work Schedule and Expectations**:

- This is a full-time, exempt position requiring approximately 50 hours per week to perform the job duties successfully. As a leadership role in the hospitality industry, the Marketing Manager must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings,

weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the demands of the position and to ensure the smooth operation of the resort's marketing efforts.
- In accordance with California labor laws, this exempt position is not eligible for overtime compensation. However, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
