**Event Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and organize the team to execute marketing events, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand exposure
- Coordinate logistics, budget, and ensure successful event outcomes across the team

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Implement effective internal communications to ensure leadership and their teams are informed about marketing objectives and promotions

- Act as the on-site contact for the PR agency, marketing vendors, and marketing inquiries, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Work Schedule and Expectations**:

- This is a full-time, exempt position requiring approximately 50 hours per week to perform the job duties successfully. As a leadership role in the hospitality industry, the Marketing Manager must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings,

weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the demands of the position and to ensure the smooth operation of the resort's marketing efforts.
- In accordance with California labor laws, this exempt position is not eligible for overtime compensation. However, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
