Shoup Legal. A Professional Law Co is a dynamic and growth-oriented law firm seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, managing marketing vendors, and creating and implementing marketing metrics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of the firm's marketing strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage Marketing Vendors: Manage marketing vendors as the primary point of contact, ensuring all work aligns with our marketing principles and ongoing marketing programs.
  • Marketing Metrics and Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay Current with Marketing Trends: Stay current and informed on new marketing trends and adapt accordingly.
  • Develop and Implement Referral Source Program: Develop, implement, and manage the firm's referral source program, including the follow-up plan with referral sources.
  • Develop Knowledge and Education: Develop knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, podcasts, books, etc. and share best practices, and marketing ideas and tactics with the team.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: A strong track record and prior marketing experience in the law or professional services industry required.
  • Education: B.A. degree with major in business, marketing, advertising, or communications preferred. MBA a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of all aspects of internet marketing, experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, WordPress, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills.
