**Call Center Customer Care Agent**:

- $15.50 an hour. Bilingual Spanish - $16.50 an hour.

We are currently seeking call center **Customer Care Agents **for our Lakeland, Florida Call Center.

Our Customer Care Agents are very important and highly valued players on our wildly successful team. You will be the eyes and ears for our frontline organization, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to our customer's needs. As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will find great career advancement opportunities at Primo Water. This is a call center position assisting customers via phone calls.

**Responsibilities**
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Educate customers on available product promotions and services
- Appropriately communicate with customers

**Qualifications**
- Call center experience or Customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Consistent work history
- Strong communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Availability to work 12PM to 9PM Full time shift or a part time shift
