RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the agent to identify, support & independently attend local community events (Primary role)
  • Transport, lift and assemble marketing tent, tables and supplies
  • Represent agency values and brand in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Marketing experience preferred (Event Marketing a plus)
  • Able to attend events that are after normal business hours, such as Downtown Lakeland's First Friday
  • Must be able to transport, lift and assemble agency tent, tables and supplies
  • Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
  • Self-motivated
  • People-oriented
  • Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
