**Responsibilities**:
- To include but not limited to:_
- No Service work required as we have a service team for that.
- No Sales required as we have a sales team for that.
- No back office required as we have a VA(Virtual Assistant) team for that.
- No crossing over from personal to commercial accounts as our teams are focused on one or the other.
- You will ONLY help existing Personal Lines clients thru their renewal cycle including the following:
- Account Review
- Remarket as needed
- Get paid for Cross Selling new lines of business in the best interest of the client.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Work with Insurance Carriers and Insurance Underwriters daily with renewal insurance policies.
- Update/Maintain Agency Management Software with all account documents, conversations and any other pertinent information as it pertains to the renewal cycle.
**Qualifications**
- Able to understand, review, consult, and communicate insurance related products to prospecting customers.
- Self-reliant, unwavering dedication, and willingness to improve on a day-to-day basis
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Property/Casualty License
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, comfortable with insurance-related technology
- Previous working experience in an independent insurance agency (preferred)
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to advise clients on their needs
