Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory & Azure
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions
- Document and track all support requests in the help desk ticketing system
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as firewalls, DNS, LAN, TCP/IP
- Experience in providing technical support in a help desk or desktop support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with Active Directory administration and user management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
