Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and business development.
**Duties**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Present and promote our products and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
