Full-Charge Bookkeeper - Part-Time
Small but busy Concord, CA Accounting/Tax Prep firm seeks a part-time, full-charge bookkeeper who can hit the ground running. **This is an IN-PERSON position; no remote work.**
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping; working knowledge of accounting principles, cash and accrual; must be proficient with Quickbooks Desktop & Quickbooks Online as well as MS Office; must be detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: General Ledger (Accrual & Cash Accounting); prepare deposits, transfers and bank reconciliations; prepare financial reports; data entry; journal entries. **Please note**:you will be working with multiple clients, so the ability to switch from client to client within the same day is vital.
Pay Rate and Hours: Pay for this position is commensurate with experience; position is part time with flexible hours.
