**Position Summary**:
**Job responsibilities include**:

- **Program Facilitation**:

- Working with Butterfly Dreamz staff and interns to plan and co-facilitate community-based health and wellness leadership programs.
- **People Management & Development**: Working with our CEO to manage and develop program staff, interns, volunteers, and community partners.
- **One-on-One Youth Support**: Providing individualized leadership and wellness coaching to adolescents and young adults.
- **Community Organizing & Collaboration**:Organizing and collaborating with community members and partners to support youth in the following areas: _Leadership Growth, Leadership Identity, Improved Mental Health, Community Belonging, Post-Secondary Education & Career Access, Reduction of Systemic Injustice, Improved Health Literacy, Resolution of Social Determinants of Health Needs_

**Hours & Compensation**

The Program Faciliator will work approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and earn up to $40 per hour. Additionally, there may be some community programming on Saturdays.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Related Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Established community trust through prior experiences and knowledge.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience working in education/youth development.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
