**Objective of Job**
- Provide first level support for all systems related topics and ensure all DRX standards are maintained by operational users

**Principal Activities**
- Responsible for the processing of all JIS signals received from Tesla in the AVAS system and ensuring proper data flow to all downstream systems
- Support operations with all systems related settings/bookings that are beyond the scope of standard work (i.e. status changes) in order to ensure correct and on-time delivery to the customer
- Ensure timely fulfillment of delivery signals by the warehouse operations by providing clear targets for shipments and immediately addressing and resolving any potential time delays due to systems issues
- Determine the content of each sequenced shipment and complete all necessary systems requirements for truck loading
- Drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Follow the C4P philosophy in daily work

**Job Requirements**
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience with Logistics Processes and Warehouse Operations
- 3-5 years JIT/JIS Delivery Environment

**Additional Knowledge**
- Business level English
- Very strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Project Management and Logistics Project Planning
