- Must have full lifecycle recruitment experience

What You'll Do:

- Maintain open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on open positions.
- Coordinate and monitor the interview and testing process.
- Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and acting as the intern champion.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

- 1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Sourcing experience highly preferred.
- Strong preference to those with experience working in the insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment
- Professional, take initiative, upbeat, positive attitude
