The Developmental Football Team is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Football Players. As a member of our developmental team, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills, gain valuable experience, and prepare yourself for higher levels of competition. While this position does not offer compensation for game participation, players have the potential to earn through our affiliate marketing program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in team practices, drills, and training sessions as scheduled by the coaching staff.
- Demonstrate commitment to skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
- Follow the instructions and guidance provided by the coaching staff to improve individual and team performance.
- Attend team meetings, film sessions, and other team-related activities as required.
- Represent the team in a positive manner at all times, both on and off the field.
- Adhere to team rules, policies, and codes of conduct.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience playing football at the high school level or above is preferred, but not required.
- Strong passion for football and a desire to improve and develop as a player.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and instructions from coaching staff.
- Dedication, commitment, and a positive attitude.

**Additional Information**:
This is a volunteer position with no compensation for game participation. However, players have the opportunity to earn through our affiliate marketing program, which provides a means for players to generate income based on their efforts to promote team-related products or services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Internship

Pay: $3,475.85 - $4,000.00 per month
