Frontline Adjusters is a leading storm restoration company specializing in ensuring a seamless recovery process for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality repairs to homeowners affected by storm damage. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Manager to join our team and oversee a frictionless claims process.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vendor Management**: Manage the relationship with our third-party vendor responsible for supplement processing, ensuring smooth collaboration and accurate billing.
- **Supplement Auditing**: Regularly audit supplement charges to verify accuracy and ensure fair billing practices.
- **Claims Negotiation**: Negotiate claim settlements professionally to secure the appropriate compensation for restoration work completed.
- **Billing Review**: Review the final billable amount at the end of each job to ensure all charges are accurate and correspond to completed work.
- **Claims Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement to streamline the claims handling experience.
- **Xactimate Proficiency**: Utilize Xactimate software to review and analyze claim details, supplements, and charges.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in claims management, particularly in hail claims and the construction or restoration industry.
- Strong familiarity with Xactimate software and supplement processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for interacting with adjusters, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in a related field is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
