$23 Per Hour. National Travel. Seeking Experienced Restaurant Supervisor. GA Resort. Upscale Casual and Fine Dining. 24 week rotations.

Will Live in Employee Housing. $105 Per Week.
This is A Task Force Position That is All Travel.

**Core Job Responsibilities**:

- Supervises a Restaurant Shift.
- Oversees the daily operations for shift from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products to guest relations, flow of business, and service standards.
- Meets, greats and seats guests as needed.
- Ensures service scores increase.
- Responsible for financial operations of restaurant: accuracy of safe, change orders, and bar banks, reconciliation of tips, coding invoices, calling vendors when needed, manages one operating account and troubleshooting variances.
- Responsible for all human resource related to the shift.
- Writes the schedules and trains new employees.
- Three Years Restaurant Supervisor Experience.
- Food safety knowledge
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to travel 8 to 12 Weeks At A Time
