Customer Service/contracts

Generate/review contract estimates (current and past)
- Intake new business information
- Develop contract proposals to meet site requirements
- Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
- Negotiate and approve contract terms, with supervisor approval
- Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects
- Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations
- Provide customers with reports/certifications upon request
- Generate/process monthly work orders
- Intake/Creation/Process of emergency service requests
- Assign/Track account numbers as needed to monitoring accounts.
- Create tracking slips for work orders
- Place monitoring accounts on test
Miscellaneous Job Duties
- Organize/Replenish office supplies as needed
- Assist with sending invoices/collections
Pay: $19.10 - $25.00 per hour
