Are you passionate about making a positive impact in healthcare? Healthcare Plus is looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Office Admin to join our team No experience needed - we provide comprehensive training to work directly with our valued clients.

Position: Receptionist/Office Admin

**Responsibilities**:

- Compliance: Ultimately, the compliance officer is in charge of ensuring that all of our documentation and paperwork is in order in the event of an audit or other incident that might cause us to need to produce records
- and also for internal use, too.
- List of Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee files
- Create New Employee Files
- Remove inactive employee files to appropriate storage
- Correspond with the main office.
- Quarterly meeting with Central Compliance
- Take direction from Central Compliance on worksheets to be maintained
- Local Employee Checklist
- Need to audit quarterly for accuracy
- Follow up with workers on missing employee requirements
- Maintain list for Employee QTRLY's
- Maintain list for Employee Evaluations
- Maintain list for annual in-service trainings
- Follow up with employees to complete IST's
- Applicant Coordination: Applicant coordination requires bringing new field workers into the office, empowering the supervisors to staff clients and keeping things running smoothly
- List of Responsibilities:

- Interviewing and recruiting New Hires
- Onboarding Process, including facilitating training and determining availability.
- Contact
- Interview
- Apply
- Online
- Paper
- Pre
- Service Training
- Fingerprint Check
- Compliance Check with Central
- Added to availability list
- Maintains and produces Applicant Coordination reports when needed
- Post on Applicant Pro in coordination with OS/LS

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Friendly, welcoming personality
- Be able to work well in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail for data entry
- Accurate judge of character
- Proficient in G Suite including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently
