**Project and Communications Coordinator, Part-Time (20 hrs/week)**
- Researching and suggesting new ways to improve member benefits
- Helping to identify and outreach to potential members and educating them on HealthFirst member benefits
- Helping to support business operations which could include processing new member enrollments, automating contracting processes, and updating member files and website
- Managing HealthFirst’s social media presence
- Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as event planning, research and preparation for legislative hearings, and member visits to offices

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service-oriented with excellent social skills, adept at building relationships
- Organized and reliable with fine attention to detail
- Superior communication skills, with demonstrated writing ability
- Web, tech, and social media savviness
- Self-starter who enjoys digging into new and potentially complex projects
- Strong work ethic and comfortable working independently
- Interest in healthcare industry and small business management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Knowledge of**:

- Survey Monkey
- Word, Excel
- Canva
- Social media platforms

**Details**:

- Work remotely during normal business hours approximately 75% of the time. Some meetings will be in person and after normal business hours. Meetings will be at various locations within VT, but most will be in the Burlington or Montpelier areas.
- W-2 employee status, partial benefits including paid time off, and potential for 3% SIMPLE retirement plan match. Health insurance is not included.
