**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?**
- Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously)
- Welcoming and engaging with arriving birthday party guests and serving them throughout their scheduled activities
- Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
- Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
- Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
- Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and ensuring that the Guest has a no-hassle, stress-free party experience
- Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
- Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event

- Prior food and beverage or server experience is a plus, but not required
- Guest focused mindset (We want happy Guests)
- Teamwork is a must (Teamwork keeps things running smooth)
- Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
- Can effectively communicate with Management, Café, Team Members, and Guests
- Availability to work nights and/or weekends a MUST and some days
