**Role and Responsibilities**

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Maintain a positive attitude to establish a positive working atmosphere
- Microsoft 365 knowledge and proficiency
- Visitor verification
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments (including arranging for facilities/equipment, preparing of agendas)
- Compose and prepare various correspondences, typically in high-pressure situations and under tight deadlines
- Provide administrative and personal support
- Schedule meeting requests
- Interact with production personnel
- Provide general support for other administrative duties, and execute professional and personal needs as assigned

Logistics support including, but not limited to:

- International quote solicitations, scheduling
- Domestic Outbound/inbound freight scheduling
- Tracking of shipments
- Sales and marketing support
- Event planning and support
- Sales analysis and tracking
- Travel planning
- Employee communications
- Responding to and/or relaying customer and supplier inquiries
- Payroll
- Work with production managers and management on timekeeping
- Update employee information, as required

Other Essential Functions:

- Recording of other transaction activity as incurred
- Assist in the preparation and filing of required returns (sales tax, etc.), as necessary
- Maintain physical and electronic records for filing
- Maintain records in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports for internal management analysis and review.
- Maintains up-to-date customer contact list
- Participates on Food Safety Team, Recall Team, and other teams as required.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Burlington, WI 53105 (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burlington, WI 53105
