As a Service Advisor, you will own our customers experience in the service drive. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician schedules, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Greet customers promptly and in a timely manner and determine their needs.
Inspect vehicle during repair order write-up which includes complete walk around, time expected, and damage report to ensure requested vehicle repairs and services are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
Write repair orders and prepare repair estimates.
Be in constant communication with the customer regarding service progress of their vehicle.
Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery.
Follow up with Customer on service provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
